Listing your Property

If you want to list your property, simply create a login by clicking 'Register Here', enter your email address, make up a password and enter it twice (making sure you make a note of it). Once this is completed just login and click on 'Standard Property Listing' and pay only 1/3 of the normal price, (£39.95 includes the displaying of 1 Photo) or Premium Property Listing, Also at 1/3 of normal price (£49.95 includes the diplaying of up to 10 photos one of which will be randomly displayed on the rolling advertising banner above right on the home page of the site) then enter the details of your property. In either case your contact details will not be given away.

After entering your details in either Standard or Premium Listing, check your details and confirm the listing and you will be directed to paypal where you can pay either from your Paypal account on the right or by credit/debit card on the left of the page. You will be charged just 1/3 of the price only. Now click on the return to merchant link on the paypal site or just find us at www.secretproperty.co.uk.

At this stage you can go to 'edit listing' and upload your property photo's. Only when you receive your first enquiry, hopefully, from a prospective purchaser will you be directed to the Paypal page again to pay the remaining 2/3's of the listing price. You will then be able to view your enquirers contact details and questions.This could be the person who buys your house. It's that simple. No Estate Agents fees and no newspaper advertising bills or 'For Sale' Sign. If by some slim chance, you do not receive any enquiries in the six month listing period we will give you another 3 months absolutely free and will still have only paid 1/3 of the normal price.
